Egg, Ham, and Cheese Crepe Pockets



These crepe pockets are a tasty and simple way to start the day. They are a great way to start the day because they are full of scrambled eggs, ham, and melted cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 crepes
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions:

Put a nonstick skillet on medium heat and use cooking spray or butter to coat it

Put one crepe in the pan and heat it up for 30 seconds on each side

Take it out and set it aside

The ham slices should be cooked in the same pan for about two minutes on each side until they are lightly browned

Take it out and set it aside

Add one egg to the pan and cook it until it's done the way you like it scrambled or fried, for example

Add pepper and salt

On one half of the crepe, put the cooked egg

Put a slice of ham and a lot of shredded cheese on top of the egg

To make a pocket, fold the other half of the crepe over the filling

Do it again for the second crepe
