Instant Pot Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Select "Saute" mode on the Instant Pot after turning it on
Put in some olive oil and cook the minced garlic until it smells good
Put in the shrimp and cook them until they get pink
Take the shrimp out and set them aside
Put Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, and chicken broth into the Instant Pot
Combine well
Toss the linguine in the sauce and break it in half before putting it in the Instant Pot
On top of the linguine, put the shrimp that has been sauted
Grass, green onions, and cilantro should be added
Put the lid back on the Instant Pot and turn the valve to "Sealing
" Then, choose "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" mode and wait 4 minutes
After the pasta is done cooking, quickly let the pressure out, carefully open the lid, and stir the pasta
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put the Instant Pot Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta in bowls and top with more green onions and cilantro
