Rocky Road Brownies



These rocky road brownies are a delightful combination of rich chocolate, crunchy nuts, gooey marshmallows, and melty chocolate chips. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts walnuts or almonds
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Grease a baking dish that is 8 inches square

Melt the butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave

Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix them in well

Put in the baking powder, salt, flour, and cocoa powder

Don't mix any further than that

Cut up the nuts, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips, and then mix them in

Spread out the batter in the pan that has been prepared

After the oven is hot, bake it for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with moist crumbs on it but no raw batter

Before cutting the brownies into squares, let them cool all the way in the pan
