Slow Cooker Cran-Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sweetener such as erythritol or stevia
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats gluten-free certified if necessary
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
Instructions:
Sliced apples, fresh cranberries, and granulated sugar should all be mixed together well in a large bowl
Put the rolled oats, chopped pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter or coconut oil in a different bowl
Mix until it falls apart
In the bottom of a slow cooker, spread out half of the fruit mixture
Then, top the fruit with half of the crumb mixture
Do it again with the rest of the fruit and crumb mixtures
Let it cook on low for four to five hours, or until the fruit is soft
