Crunchy Honey Mustard Salmon with Ginger Citrus Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
To make the glaze, mix honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl
Salt and pepper the salmon fillets, and then brush the glaze over each one
Put chopped parsley and breadcrumbs in a different bowl
Place a layer of bread crumbs on top of each salmon fillet
A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it
Put the salmon fillets in the pan with the breadcrumb side facing down
Toast the breadcrumbs for two minutes, or until they turn golden brown
Put the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked
Take the ginger citrus sauce out of the fridge while the salmon is baking
Grate the ginger and mix it with the orange juice, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan
Over medium-low heat, bring the mixture to a simmer
Cook for three to five minutes, or until it gets a little thicker
If you want to serve salmon with ginger citrus sauce, take it out of the oven once it's done
