Sriracha Roasted Chickpeas
These Sriracha Roasted Chickpeas are a tasty, crunchy snack that will satisfy your hunger. They taste great and are high in protein, so they're a great vegan choice for any event.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans 15 oz each chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Add the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and sriracha sauce to a large bowl
Add chickpeas and toss until they are well covered
Lay the chickpeas out in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper
After the oven is hot, roast the chickpeas for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring them every so often, until they are golden brown and crispy
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it
As a snack or on top of salads and bowls, it's great
