Flourless Browned Butter Brownies



Indulge in these decadent flourless browned butter brownies that are gluten-free and grain-free. The rich flavor of browned butter combined with cocoa and almond flour creates a delightful treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan

Melt the butter over medium-low heat in a saucepan

Stir the butter around a lot as you cook until it turns a deep golden brown color

Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit

Whisk the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt together in a bowl

Mix the dry ingredients together with the browned butter until everything is well mixed

One egg at a time should be added to the batter until it is smooth and shiny

Add the vanilla extract and mix well

Add the almond flour slowly and carefully until it is just mixed in

Add the chopped nuts and mix them in

Pour the batter into the baking pan that has been ready, and make the top smooth

In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs on it

Before cutting the brownies into squares, let them cool all the way in the pan
